How to Upload a Promotional Banner to Your Otto Webstore

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the left-hand sidebar of Otto.

2. In the Settings menu, click Webstore.

3. Click Promotional Banners.

4. Click the image upload box in the banner section.

5. Select your banner image file from your computer.

6. Confirm the upload. Your new banner will appear on your Otto webstore once saved.

Banner Design Requirements

• Use a 4:1 aspect ratio for best results.

  • Example: 1600px wide × 400px tall

• Use high-resolution images to avoid blurriness.

• Keep text large and minimal so it displays clearly on desktop and mobile.

Important Notes

• The banner appears at the top of your webstore homepage.

• Uploading a new image will replace the existing banner.

• Ensure any promotional details (dates, rebate amounts, disclaimers) are accurate before publishing.

When to Contact Support

• If your banner does not appear after uploading.

• If the image appears stretched or incorrectly formatted despite using a 4:1 ratio.

• If you experience an upload error.
