How to Set Up Post-Order Redirects in Otto
Learn how to configure a post-order redirect in your Otto webstore to guide patients to a specific page after checkout. This is useful for promoting bookings, coupons, subscriptions, or additional products.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Click the gear icon (Settings) in the left-hand sidebar.

Click Webstore.

Select Post Order Redirects.

In the Choose a Link field, enter the full URL where you want patients redirected after completing their purchase.

This can be:

A booking page
-
A promotional landing page
-
A coupon download
-
A subscription sign-up page

Any page on your website

Click the image upload box to add a graphic.

Recommended image dimensions: 4:1 ratio

Use a clear, clickable banner-style image.

Click Save.
Once saved, this graphic will appear to patients immediately after they complete a purchase in your Otto store. When they click the image, they will be redirected to the URL you provided.
Important Notes

Only patients who complete an order through your Otto webstore will see the redirect.

Make sure the URL includes
https://and loads correctly before saving. -
Use a clear call-to-action in your graphic (e.g., “Book Your Next Eye Exam” or “Download Your Coupon”).

If the link is broken or changed on your website, the redirect will not work until updated in Otto.

This feature does not interrupt order processing or payment capture.
