How to Request a New Product Not in Otto’s Master Database
Learn how to request a product that is not currently available in Otto’s Available Products list so it can be reviewed and added to the system.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Click Products (box icon) in the left-hand sidebar.

Click Add Products at the top of the page.
- Conduct a quick search to ensure the product does not already exist in the Master Database.

If it does not already exist, select Request a Product.

In the Product Name field, enter the full name of the product.

Be as specific as possible (brand, modality, pack size, etc.).

Enter your desired Retail Price.

This is the price you intend to charge patients.

Paste a link to the product from a supplier or manufacturer website.

This helps the Otto team verify product details quickly.

Use a direct product page whenever possible.

Click Send Request.
Your request will be submitted for review.
What Happens Next

Otto will review the request and verify the product details.

Once approved, the product will be added to the master database and to your catalog.
Important Notes

Always search for the product in Available Products before submitting a request. Many products are already in the database and simply need to be added to your catalogue.

Incomplete product names or missing links may delay processing.

Pricing entered during the request can be adjusted later in your catalogue.
