How to Manage Your Otto Subscription

Learn how to view and manage your Otto subscription, including accessing your plan details and payment settings. This is useful for updating billing information or reviewing your current plan.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Settings

    • Click the gear icon (Settings) in the left-hand sidebar.

    • If you do not see the Settings tab, your account may not have admin permissions.

  2. Select “Plan & Payment”

    • In the Settings menu, click Plan & Payment.

    • This page displays your current subscription plan and billing details.

  3. Click “Manage Plan”

    • Select Manage Plan to open your subscription management options.

    • From here, you can:

      • View your current plan

      • Update billing details

      • Modify your subscription (if applicable)


Important Notes

  • Only users with admin permissions can access the Plan & Payment section.

  • Changes to billing details may require confirmation through your payment processor.

  • Subscription pricing and billing cycle (monthly or annual) will be displayed in this section.

  • Otto does not charge setup or cancellation fees .

  • Otto is a subscription-based SaaS platform designed specifically for eyecare practices .

  • If you do not see the Plan & Payment section and believe you should have access.
