# How to Manage Your Otto Subscription

## Learn how to view and manage your Otto subscription, including accessing your plan details and payment settings. This is useful for updating billing information or reviewing your current plan.

#### Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Settings
   
     - Click the **gear icon (Settings)** in the left-hand sidebar.
     - If you do not see the Settings tab, your account may not have admin permissions.
2. Select “Plan & Payment”
   
     - In the Settings menu, click **Plan & Payment**.
     - This page displays your current subscription plan and billing details.
3. Click “Manage Plan”
   
     - Select **Manage Plan** to open your subscription management options.
     - From here, you can:
       
           - View your current plan
           - Update billing details
           - Modify your subscription (if applicable)

#### Important Notes

- Only users with **admin permissions** can access the Plan & Payment section.
- Changes to billing details may require confirmation through your payment processor.
- Subscription pricing and billing cycle (monthly or annual) will be displayed in this section.
- Otto does not charge setup or cancellation fees .
- Otto is a subscription-based SaaS platform designed specifically for eyecare practices .

- If you do not see the **Plan & Payment** section and believe you should have access.
- If billing information does not update correctly.
- If you need assistance modifying your subscription.
