How to Use Lens Quote on an iPad

1. Use the Google Chrome app
Lens Quote works best in Chrome on iPad.

2. Log into Otto
Go to: app.ottooptics.io

3. Switch to Desktop View

• Tap the “…” (three dots) in the top right corner of Chrome

• Select “Request Desktop Site”
  This will display the full Otto top menu bar.

4. Open Lens Quote

• Click the Lens Quote button in the top menu.

5. Bookmark for Easy Access (Optional but Recommended)

• Tap the Chrome “…” again

• Select “Add to Bookmarks”
  This allows you to quickly access the Lens Quote page directly from Chrome.

Creating the Quote

1. Assign the patient

2. Select the product

3. Assign the appropriate rebate

4. If applicable, check the “Competitor Price” box to include 1-800/Clearly pricing
   (Competitor pricing is available on the Premium plan only)

5. Click Generate Quote

6. Review the quote with the patient on the screen

If the Patient Is Not Purchasing In-Office

If they are:

• Leaving with trials

• Taking their Rx

• Planning to order later

Go back to the previous tab and:

1. Click “Send Order Link” at the bottom of the quote page

   • This automatically pre-assigns the patient, product, rebate, and details from the quote

2. Adjust the template if needed

3. Choose:

   • Send Now (while they’re in office), or

   • Schedule and select a future date

This ensures every patient leaves with pricing clarity and a convenient way to order later.
