How to Add or Update the Payment Method on Your Otto Account
Learn how to add or update the payment method used for your Otto subscription. This is required for billing updates, card changes, or resolving failed payments.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Click the gear icon (Settings) in the left-hand sidebar.

If you do not see Settings, your user account may not have the required permissions.

Contact your account administrator for access.

Click Plan & Payment.

Click Manage Plan.

This will open the billing management page.

Click Add Payment Method.

Enter your new card details.
-
Add the card number, expiry date, and security code.

Confirm the billing address if prompted.

Save your changes.

The new payment method will be stored and used for future subscription charges.

Important Notes

Only users with administrative permissions can access Plan & Payment.

Updating your payment method does not change your subscription plan.

If a payment has recently failed, updating your card will allow the system to retry the charge automatically.

Otto does not store credit card information directly. Payments are processed securely through a PCI-compliant payment provider .
