How to Feature a Product on Your Otto Webstore

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click Products (box icon) in the left-hand sidebar.

2. In the Your Catalog table, locate the product you want to feature.

   • Use the search bar if needed to quickly find the item.

3. In the Featured column, toggle the switch ON for that product.

   • Once enabled, the product will appear on the homepage of your Otto webstore.

4. Repeat this process for any additional products you would like to feature (up to 9 total).

Your changes save automatically.

Important Notes

• You can feature up to 9 products at a time.

• Featured products appear on the home page of your Otto webstore.

• If you already have 9 featured products selected, you will need to turn one off before adding another.

• The Featured toggle is available with an Otto Premium subscription only.

When to Contact Support

• If the Featured toggle does not appear in your Products table.

• If a product is marked as Featured but is not displaying on your webstore.

• If you are unsure which subscription plan your clinic is on.
