How to Delete an Order in Otto
Learn how to permanently delete an order from Otto. This is useful if an order was created in error and has not been processed or sent to a supplier.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Click Orders in the left-hand sidebar.

Locate the order you want to delete.

If you cannot find it, adjust the status filter at the top of the Orders table to All Orders.

Click into the order to open the Order Detail page.

In the top right corner of the order, click the three dots (… ) menu.

Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

Click Delete Now to confirm.
The order will be permanently removed from your Orders table.
Important Notes

Deleting an order is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can only delete an order if it has not been sent to the supplier.

If the order shows a status such as:

PO Scheduled
-
Awaiting Reception
-
Awaiting Delivery
-
Complete
it has likely already been processed and cannot be deleted.

If payment was attached to the order, ensure the payment is properly refunded before deleting (if applicable).

If you are trying to stop an order that has already been submitted, you may need to contact the supplier directly .
